Breakdown and roadside assistance for peace of mind


Police report must be obtained by contacting the local authorities. Failing to present police report, full damage and/or theft amount will be charged to renter, regardless the insurance package purchased from Avis.
In case of an accident and in case when car was damaged without you be present (parking), follow the procedure:
   1. Call police (999) and obtain police report
   2. Call AVIS (contact numbers on your rental agreement) and inform about the accident. Ask for assistance and instructions in case your need replacement car.

The service is available 24/7; fees vary depending on the location.

Repairs and Maintenance

All repairs and maintenance must be carried out only at AVIS workshops. Customer is fully liable for all damages and additional
costs in case of own repair, changing parts of the vehicle or maintenance.
