Terms and Conditions
- Offer of up to 15% discount is valid for rentals with Avis at participating locations in North America(US and Canada)
- Offer is valid for bookings from 18 August to 8 September 2025, and car pick-ups from 18 August to 15 December 2025.
- To qualify, reservations must be made using Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number E853400 for rentals in North America (US and Canada).
- Discount applies to Avis self-drive car rentals only.
- All discount offers are subject to mandatory surcharges for the full rental duration.
- Minimum advance booking period of 24 hours is required to avail the offer.
- Maximum rental length is 28 days.
- The offer does not apply for domestic rentals (for example, rentals taking place in the same country the booking is made).
- Offer valid on all car groups, subject to availability at time of booking.
- Offer restrictions may apply at certain times in certain locations.
- Blackout dates may apply.
- Prices vary by season and by Avis locations.
- Rates quoted are rates after discount.
- Discount applies to the rental charge for the vehicle only.
- Discount does not apply to fees for optional extras (such as special equipment, additional drivers, optional coverage or pre-paid fuel) nor to mandatory taxes, young driver surcharges, premium location fees, pay-on-return fuel charges, one-way fees or accident, damage or theft processing fees.
- If any other AWD number is present in the rental booking, no discounts will be awarded.
- If any other AWD number is present in a customer’s Avis Preferred profile and this is used in the rental booking, no discounts will be awarded and once booked, this cannot be reversed.
- Renters must meet standard Avis age, driver and credit requirements.
- This offer is not valid for bookings of Avis Prestige, Avis Select Series, Avis Signature Series, van rentals, chauffeur-drive services, travel industry staff rates, replacement or insurance rates, selected association programmes, monthly rentals, award rentals and nett rate.
