Can I return my hire car outside office hours?

This is subject to Avis down town locations which are not open 24 hours.
The renter shall pay an additional fee of AED 100 if intending to return the vehicle to any Avis station within the city beyond its working hours, provided it is notified at least 24 hours in advance of the actual time of return.
